Why did you choose bookkeeping for a career?
I enjoy helping people and by doing so by letting the business owners focus on growing their business. There are continual changes within the tax system and accounting systems so I need to constantly keep up to date which I find rewarding and fulfilling; this is of benefit to both my clients and my continued professional development.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
Each day offers a new challenge which is satisfying; I enjoy all aspects in my job from building strong relationships with my clients to reconciling and data entry. When everything balances I love that feeling of accomplishment.
What is it like being part of the Rad Bookkeeping team?
The team is always happy to help each other out and we have a string knowledge base. When I first started with Rad Bookkeeping I felt welcome straight away; being part of a friendly Rad team is rewarding.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I enjoy socialising and spending time with my family, being outdoors, taking my dog for walks and camping trips.

Why did you choose bookkeeping for a career?
I chose bookkeeping because I enjoy working with numbers and helping clients run their businesses more smoothly. I also like the flexibility it offers with Cloud accounting so I can even work and stay on top of things while overseas.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I enjoy the satisfaction of getting figures to balance and the variety of clients we cater for. Bookkeeping today is always progressing with new apps and programs so it’s always a continuous learning process which appeals to me.
What is it like being part of the Rad Bookkeeping team?
I love it here. Being relatively new, Debbie, Kylie and my co-workers are always helpful and encouraging. The vibe is very professional, but in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere. I think this is why so many clients choose to work with us.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I love staying physically active; everything from tennis to boxing to Bikram yoga. But I’m also a bit of a foodie and love exploring new cafes and restaurants all over Melbourne especially on the Mornington Peninsula.

Why did you choose bookkeeping for a career?
I chose bookkeeping as a career because a friend gave me an opportunity in her office and I found a career that I enjoy. Debbie’s mentoring over the years has seen me start off as receptionist and move through the office in different roles to now being Payroll Administrator
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I enjoy the diversity of the job and all the challenges. I love the relationships I have formed with clients over the years and I get a real buzz out of watching their businesses grow; I love their enthusiasm when they achieve goals they only dreamed of.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my own professional growth going from the receptionist to payroll administrator under Debbie’s wing and guidance. I particularly love that Debbie has been willing to send me on courses and turn what was a job into a career.
What is it like being part of the Rad Bookkeeping team?
Being part of the Rad team is like having an extension of your family, brothers and sisters I never had; it’s like a home away from home.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I love reading, studying, genealogy, conservation, camping and being surrounded by family.

Why did you choose bookkeeping for a career?
Over my working career, I have always had a strong interest in bookkeeping working in the Real Estate industry for many years focusing on the end of the month and conducting basic bookkeeping tasks. I then moved into the Building and Construction sector and experienced various facets of the industry. With my family grown and independent I have time to further my education and gain a formal qualification in Bookkeeping; I am currently studying Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping and strive to gain further experience to enhance my career.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I thoroughly enjoy liaising with clients and building strong working relationships.
What is it like being part of the Rad Bookkeeping team?
The Rad team is a highly focused, hardworking group of people with many years of bookkeeping experience. They have a wealth of knowledge and offer excellent support. We also have a bit of fun in the office!
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
Outside of work I enjoy gardening, camping, going to the gym regularly and walking the dogs at the beach.

Why did you choose bookkeeping for a career?
Looking for change, I signed myself up for a certificate IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting and fell in love. I have never looked back since.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I love working with numbers and problem-solving, doubly so if it involves Excel!
What is it like being part of the Rad Bookkeeping Team?
Working at Rad is wonderful for a number of reasons. There is a really great team here and I look forward to coming to work every day.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I generally enjoy anything that is mentally stimulating. I thoroughly enjoy learning and studying, playing Chess, video games, solving puzzles, programming, reading, etc.

Why did you choose administration for a career?
I chose administration as a career because I love the organisation side of it but I also love being able to work in a team helping people and keeping everything on track so my colleagues can get on with their work.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I’ve always enjoyed working in admin but I think what I enjoy most about it is being able to help my colleagues and the clients with whatever they need, I get great satisfaction out of that and it’s even more of a pleasure when you work with a wonderful team like this.
What is it like being a part of the Rad Bookkeeping team?
Being part of the Rad Bookkeeping team is great. Everyone is so friendly and welcomed me with open arms when I started. It’s also a very supportive and inclusive team which I am happy to be a part of.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I spend most of my spare time knitting with my dog next to me and my cat trying to sit on whatever it is I’m knitting. I also enjoy reading, cooking and other crafty hobbies.

Why did you choose bookkeeping for a career?
Working in the accounting and bookkeeping industry has always been my career goal. I have always wanted to work with clients and help them grow their business through providing support and information, therefore becoming a bookkeeper was a great way to achieve this.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I love the day-to-day challenges that come with the job of being a bookkeeper, helping people grow their business, developing great client relationships and working with like minded people trying to achieve the same goal of providing a quality bookkeeping service .
What is it like being a part of the Rad Bookkeeping team?
Being part of the Rad Bookkeeping team has been an amazing experience. They make coming into work every day enjoyable and fun whilst providing me with support be the best bookkeeper possible.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I enjoy keeping active, Travelling, catching up with friends, studying, challenging myself, playing sport, watching Collingwood play, and seeing family as much as I can.

Why did you choose bookkeeping for a career?
I choose Bookkeeping as a career as I have always enjoyed working with numbers and I felt Bookkeeping was a great option for me.
I enjoy the aspect of maintaining and organising accounts while keeping up to date with the Accounting standards, so business owners can focus on growing their business.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I enjoy the aspect of working independently and getting stuck into book work & numbers. I really enjoy working with accounts and making sure they always balance.

It’s great being a part of the Rad Bookkeeping team as they are very supportive. They offer great support to help me in any way needed and are an overall great bunch of people to work with.

Why did you choose bookkeeping for a career?
While I enjoy a role in customer service, my passion is accounts and numbers. Head down and focused and a belief, my contribution as the bookkeeper allows, the business owner to concentrate on the growth and wellbeing of their business. This and more, makes me the most happy and comfortable.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I enjoy working within the many aspects, variations and diversity a business and or client requires with their bookkeeping needs. As a bookkeeper, I feel a great sense of pride working with and assisting businesses, workplaces, customers and clients in managing, creating, implementing and unfolding solutions, they require within their business. I enjoy working within the different accounting systems RAD Bookkeeping offer clients and thrive on data entry and a good spreadsheet.
What is it like being part of the Rad Bookkeeping team?
The team at RAD Bookkeeping are fantastic. I felt right at home and part of the team from the beginning. Everyone works in very professional manner, are friendly and very knowledgeable. The team are always open and available to discuss idea’s, solutions and show each other great support.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I love spending time with my family, a bbq, long walks, the environment and nature. Sitting under the stars while being warmed by a campfire. Love the Mornington Peninsula and Gippsland Regions.
