Support Packages

At RAD Bookkeeping we offer a number of support packages for our clients. This allows them to reach out to us when they need help with aspects of their bookkeeping needs.

Here are some of the inclusions in our Bookkeeping Support Packages

• Unlimited email communication – You can reach out to us when you need support. There are no limits to the number of emails that you can send us.

• Phone support – Some of our Support Packages offer Phone Support. You can call us when you need help.

Depending on your support package there may be a 24-48 hour response time for us to respond to your support.
