Rad Bookkeeping & Business Solutions is a bookkeeping firm with a difference; a boutique provider which prides itself on first-class client care and service.
Founded by Debbie Demooy, Rad has grown from Debbie operating from her kitchen table to a business with eight members of staff, all of which was achieved through hard work, dedication and a passion for service delivery.
Debbie, along with Rad Bookkeeping & Business Solutions has been widely recognised by external bodies at many award ceremonies. Debbie has won the Finance Industry Award and Businesswoman of the Year at the Peninsula Business Awards and Myob recognised Debbie as Newcomer of the Year in 2015. Rad Bookkeeping is also a Xero Gold Partner. Rad Bookkeeping has been a Telstra finalist two years running and has also twice been an Australian Small Business Champion finalist.

I am the founder of Rad Bookkeeping & Business Solutions. I originally commenced this business 19 years ago at my dining room table when my first child was weeks old. I started out working from my dining room table while I rocked my 4 week old daughter in her bassinet.
As the paperwork began to overflow and take over my entire dining room, I decided it was time to rent out my first office space.
The growth has been absolutely amazing and I am now in my third office and at the point of outgrowing that also.
It has been such a long and at times a challenging journey but the most rewarding.
Over the years I have met so many inspirational business owners and I’ve been lucky enough to have helped them on their path to success by guiding them through all financial aspects of running a business.
Through all the hard work and creating a highly successful business and thank my team who stand behind me.
This business has been built on the foundation that the client’s needs are greater than our own.
Our customer service is outstanding and this can now be seen clearly as I started with one client and now have over 200 with this growing on a weekly basis.
